How can I reserve equipment online?
Booking equipment online on our site is child’s play. Here’s how to do it:
- From the home page of our site, you have two options for starting your reservation: click on the “Rent your bike” button or select the equipment you’re interested in directly.
- Next, you’ll need to select the period during which you’d like to rent the equipment.
- A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
- Add the equipment you wish to reserve to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you like.
- Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
- You will then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other information required for the rental.
- Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've reserved?
As soon as you have finalized your reservation online, your equipment is reserved and ready to be picked up at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment pick-up and return that you indicated at the time of booking.
How does the online payment system work? How secure is it?
Our online store is directly integrated with Stripe, a world leader in secure online payment solutions, to manage all our financial transactions.
When you complete your equipment booking on our site, you enter your payment details into our secure form, which is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe supports most major credit and debit cards, and all your payment information is encrypted to ensure its security.
We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card information. Stripe manages this information securely and does not share it with us.
This system ensures that your transaction is not only simple and convenient, but also perfectly secure.
Can I pay for my reservation directly on site?
We’re sorry, but at the moment we only accept online payments.
However, rest assured that all our online payments are fully secure. Your safety and convenience are our top priority, and we use reputable payment platforms to guarantee the security of your transactions.
Do I have to pay in full at the time of booking, or is a deposit possible?
Yes, a deposit is always required when booking online. The remainder of the payment must be made at a later date, in accordance with the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
What is a security deposit?
What is a pre-authorized bank imprint?
Pre-authorized bank imprinting is a procedure whereby a sum of money is blocked on your card to protect the rented equipment in the event of damage (scratches, breakage, loss, etc.).
Technically, this sum is “frozen” on your bank account during the rental period, which may impact your card’s available limit. The funds are not debited, but reserved to guarantee coverage of any charges. This operation is carried out only after your bank authorization, generally via 3D Secure (3DS) systems, such as codes received by SMS or via your bank’s application.
Funds will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days. However, please note that there may be an additional delay for the release of funds, which may vary from bank to bank. This delay is beyond our control.

Generally, the bank imprint does not appear as a visible transaction on a bank statement or banking applications.
However, some banks record the bank imprint as a debit. In this case, a debit may be visible on your bank statement. Each bank makes its own display and communication choices, and we unfortunately have no control over when they decide to show it as a debit. If this is the case: don’t panic, it’s only temporary → a credit will be made once the rental is over, and the equipment checked!
🤓 It is important to consult your bank’s terms and conditions to find out how the bank imprint is used and stored. In particular, you can contact your bank advisor to check this with him or her.
Example: Crédit Agricole displays the bank imprint for the deposit as a debit before a new credit once the sum is available again.
Can I cancel or change my booking? If so, how?
If you wish to change your booking, please contact us directly.
To cancel your booking, simply click on the link provided in your confirmation email.
Are there any cancellation fees?
In the event of cancellation more than 96 hours before the start of the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If you cancel between 48 hours and 96 hours before the start of the reservation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Finally, for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, 0% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
What happens if I return the equipment late?
Punctuality is very important to us in order to ensure the smooth running of our services and the satisfaction of all our customers. If you think you won’t be able to return your equipment on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
It is important to note that if equipment is returned late, additional charges may apply, in accordance with our rental terms and conditions.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to avoid these possible penalties, we encourage you to plan your rental carefully and keep to the scheduled times.
What's the policy on damaged or lost equipment?
We rely on your responsibility to use rented equipment respectfully and to return it in the same condition as when you received it. However, we understand that incidents may occur.
If equipment is damaged during your rental, a repair charge may be levied against your deposit. If equipment is lost, you may be required to pay the replacement value. These conditions are described in detail in our general rental conditions. We invite you to read them carefully so that you are fully informed before your rental.
